Julie was first licensed as an Associate Broker in New Mexico in 1997. She worked as a Sr. Sales Assistant at the Commercial Brokerage Grubb & Ellis in Albuquerque for 3 years.
In 2000 she moved to RE/MAX as a residential salesperson. She was in the RE/MAX President's Club Executive Club RE/MAX Southwest Region's #3 Individual in 2012 and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2012. In 2013 she moved to Keller Williams and received Gold Medal awards for Production in 2015/2016 and was on the Associate Leadership Council 2014/2015.
In October 2019 she moved to Realty One of New Mexico to start their Mentorship and Coaching programs. She became a Harris Certified Coach and launched the Mentorship program that she developed.
